Plant Distribution Centres / Associates

Schools, Clubs, Ashrams, Gaushalas, Cluster of Villages, Associations etc

Categories:-

            i) Standard or Medium - Trees worth Rs. 50,000/- only

            ii) Large - Trees worth Rs. 1,00,000/- only

           iii) Extra-Large - Trees worth Rs. 1,50,000/- to 2,00,000/- only

1) There should be proper request for Trees with Quantity desired. They should give an account of their welfare activities being done,  i.e. Profile with NAME, ADDRESS, MOBILE No. of the CONTACT PERSON.

2) Number of Beneficiaries (expected), Place & Date of Distribution.

3) The sole purpose of giving plant is to protect environment and to provide economic improvement.

4) After distribution, the receiving organization must give Names of Beneficiaries & their Phone Numbers immediately.(same day)

5) Distribution should be made under the banner of Rabindra Sarovar’s Friends Forum and Photos should be sent with details as per S/No.4. within 7 days of the event with Completion Certificate.

6) Organizations taking responsibility for distribution of plants have to ensure the proper care of planting & maintenance of the saplings for at least three years. Representatives of Rabindra Sarovar’s Friends Forum may go to check the plants. Our purpose is to ensure the growth of plants.
